Using engineered inorganic particles help prevent UV rays from penetrating, see-through is prevented thanks to the large cross-section of the yarn, while fast wicking and drying technologies keeps you dry under any circumstances. The cross-section of the yarn also allows porous in the fabric to be narrowed enough to enhance water and wind resistance.
