Order & Production Timeline

Once the portal closes, orders will move into production. This process takes up to 6 weeks (42 days) from the closure date.

After production, all items will be organised, packed, and labelled for collection at University of Newcastle HC.

⚖️ Sizing & Fit Guidance

To ensure the best fit, please consult the attached Sizing Guide.

When measuring your hips, use a tape measure firmly around the widest part — the tightness of the tape will reflect how snug the garment will feel.

• For a form-fitted look, choose the size that corresponds directly to your measurements.

• For a more relaxed fit, select one or two sizes larger.

Examples:

• A youth standing 135 cm tall, weighing 30 kg, with a 60 cm hip circumference, fits a Youth Size M (10). Their 75 cm chest circumference also falls within the sizing guide for that size.

• A female standing 165 cm tall and weighing 62 kg, with a 98 cm hip circumference, fits a Women’s Medium, or a Unisex Small for a more relaxed, versatile fit. Her 95 cm chest measurement also falls within our Women’s Medium sizing guide.

Alternatively, measure one of your current garments across the hips, double that figure, and compare it to our sizing chart to confirm your EVO size.
